Removing the elements is done manually and with a pneumatic hammer. The elements are heated to a temperature of 1,200 degrees and are broken off.

Anti-corrosion protection of all forged fence elements is done by hot-dip galvanizing. Hot galvanizing is done by immersing elements in molten zinc with prior surface preparation. Considering that it is immersion, zinc in liquid state reaches all steel surfaces, so that there is no leakage of corrosion later.

As an additional anti-corrosion protection and surface decoration, the surface is electrostatically painted with coatings adapted to forged fences that are UV resistant, flexible and durable, and which give the fence an aesthetic appearance.
